We have a great opportunity for a Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team at Crown Autobody & Glass located in the Waverly Auto mall. Crown Autobody & Glass is a state of the art autobody shops with all updated modern European equipment, specializing in import brands.

After the initial 90 days of comprehensive training, success will mean having the ability and skills to work with multiple computer programs, while being the first point of contact for our autobody repair customers.
Qualifications:
Must have Collision or automotive experience
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Great communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
Customer-oriented with a desire to provide customers with an exceptional experience
Focused and detailed-oriented
Positive, energetic attitude with willingness to learn
Solid command of computers and Microsoft Office Programs
High school Diploma, GED, or equivalent
2+ years of customer service
Knowledge of Manitoba Public Insurance processes an asset

What you'll do:
Greet customers and provide them with a positive first impression
Guide customers in person, online and on the phone through the claim and repair process, responding to their inquiries, educating them about the MPI process and creating appointments
Collaborate with production, parts team and MPI and proactively provide customer with updates on their vehicles to meet estimated timeframes
Coordinate with insurance companies for claim processing, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
Collect payment and signatures with customers as required
Walk clients to their vehicles on delivery explaining the repairs completed
Assist with office work as required
