Job Description:
- Provide customer service support as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests.
- Prepare quotes for parts, pumps, and motors while processing customer orders accurately.
- Enter and maintain orders using ERP systems and provide order status updates.
- Maintain quote logs, production order tracking, and customer documentation.
- Assist with warranty claims, credit memos, billing issues, and invoice inquiries.
- Process order changes including address updates, schedule changes, and carrier modifications.
- Support sales teams with customer service activities and issue resolution.
- Assist with export compliance, accounts receivable disputes, and customer account concerns.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools for reporting, communication, and administrative tasks.
