TLC Victoria is hiring Carpenters and Carpenter Helpers for ongoing work across the Greater Victoria region. Pick up shifts on your schedule and get paid the same day you work — no waiting for payday.
What you'll do:
- Framing, finishing, and general carpentry tasks on residential and commercial sites
- Support skilled carpenters with material handling, setup, and site prep (Helper roles)
- Follow site safety protocols and maintain quality workmanship
What we're looking for:
- Carpenters: proven experience with hand and power tools, blueprint reading, and framing/finishing work
- Carp Helpers: willingness to learn, reliable, comfortable with physical labour
- Own transportation and basic PPE (steel toes required)
- Fall Protection certification a huge asset
- Available for day shifts across Greater Victoria
