Job Summary
Coast Spas is seeking an energetic, resilient and results-driven Dealer Sales Representative to accelerate sales growth throughout North America. This is a proactive outbound sales role responsible for generating purchase orders from existing dealers, re-engaging inactive dealers and identifying, qualifying and developing new dealer prospects. The successful candidate will spend the majority of their working day making outbound sales calls, building relationships with dealer owners and decision makers, identifying opportunities, overcoming objections and converting them into purchase orders. This is not an order-taking or customer service position. Success will be measured by outbound sales activity, purchase orders received, revenue growth, new dealer acquisition and pipeline development.
Job Responsibilities
1. Outbound Dealer Sales Generation
· Make a high volume of outbound telephone calls each day to existing Coast Spas dealers.
· Generate new purchase orders through proactive outbound selling.
· Identify dealer inventory requirements and secure replenishment orders.
· Follow up every quotation and opportunity until a purchase order is received or closed.
· Re-engage inactive dealers and consistently grow dealer purchases.
· Develop daily, weekly and monthly outbound call plans.
· Cross-sell and upsell the full Coast Spas product portfolio.
· Meet or exceed outbound activity and sales targets.
2. New Dealer Development
· Prospect and contact new retailers through proactive outbound telephone sales.
· Qualify prospective dealers and present the Coast Spas dealer opportunity.
· Generate new dealer appointments and maintain an active prospect pipeline.
· Work with Regional Sales Managers to onboard new dealers.
3. Product Sales
· Generate sales of Hot Tubs, Swim Spas, Cold Plunges, Parts & Accessories, Commercial products and other B2B opportunities.
· Maximize revenue through cross-selling, upselling and promotional programs.
4. Dealer Order Administration
· Review all dealer purchase orders submitted through the Company's electronic Spa Builder ordering system.
· Verify pricing, product specifications, options and configurations to ensure accuracy.
· Process all dealer orders accurately and efficiently within established timelines.
· Ensure all completed orders are invoiced accurately and on time.
· Monitor order status through production, scheduling and shipment.
· Liaise with Production, Finance and other internal departments to resolve order-related issues that may impact delivery or invoicing.
· Process incoming Business-to-Consumer (B2C) sales orders received through the Company's direct sales channels.
· Maintain complete, accurate and up-to-date order documentation within the Company's systems.
· Ensure all dealer and B2C orders are processed in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
5. Product Knowledge & Market Intelligence
· Maintain expert product knowledge.
· Provide market intelligence and dealer feedback.
· Support new product launches and promotions.
6. CRM & Sales Administration
· Maintain accurate CRM records.
· Prepare quotations, forecasts and weekly activity reports.
· Maintain accurate dealer records and sales pipeline.

Skills & Qualifications
· Minimum 3 years of outbound B2B sales experience.
· Proven success generating business through proactive telephone prospecting.
· Comfortable spending the majority of each day making outbound sales calls.
· Strong negotiation, closing and relationship-building skills.
· Highly organized with exceptional follow-up discipline.
· Experience using CRM and ERP systems.
· Self-motivated, resilient and results driven.
Decision-Making Authority
· Manage and prioritize daily outbound sales activities and dealer call schedules.
· Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective dealers.
· Prepare quotations and proposals in accordance with approved pricing policies.
· Negotiate within approved pricing, discount and promotional guidelines.
· Review, verify and process dealer and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) sales orders.
· Recommend dealer programs, product mix and promotional opportunities to maximize sales.
· Escalate pricing exceptions, commercial terms, significant customer issues or non-standard requests requiring management approval.
· Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, dealer engagement and operational efficiencies.
· Make recommendations to management regarding market opportunities, dealer performance and competitive activity.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
