The Role
Our Head Lesson Supervisors have a passion for mentoring and training our Swim Team while communicating with customers and addressing their concerns. Your time will be divided between supervising and supporting the General Manager at River Club Pool to ensure safe, successful program operations.
Your Responsibilities
In addition to sharing your ideas on how we can grow, learn and build in this role, you’ll also be:
Duties and Responsibilities

Mentoring our next generation of instructors

Collaborates with the General Manager on ongoing duties.

Supervises, instructs, and is responsible for the facility, staff, and programming.

Enhances the quality of instruction by increasing the instructors’ knowledge on teaching techniques and overall program knowledge.

Reinforces Pedalheads Swim’s advanced teaching methodologies.

Provides effective, professional customer service and is familiar with all Pedalheads programs. Provides information to the public in a polite and helpful manner.

Monitors staff job performance.

Monitors and ensures program and safety standards are being followed.

Helps coordinate the staffing and scheduling of instructors.

Performs Instructor and Lesson Supervisor duties as required.

Ensures classes start and end on time and that progressive evaluations are being completed on all students.

Completes administrative duties including answering phones and emails, taking program registrations and payments, and communicating with other teams when needed.

Reports, updates, and advises the Facility Manager of customer feedback, facility concerns, and program activities.

Always maintains facility cleanliness and security and ensures the pool is properly maintained and abides by Health Regulations. Performs minor chemical adjustments to the pool as needed.

Pay and Perks
The successful candidate will be paid an annual salary of $52,000 to $60,000, commensurate with experience, based on a 40-hour work week. This position is based out of our River Club Pool.
