Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts and Service Advisor to join our automotive dealership team. This role is vital in providing exceptional service to our customers by assisting with parts and service needs, scheduling repairs, and ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive repair processes, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Prior dealership experience and mechanical knowledge are highly valued for this position.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, understanding their vehicle needs and concerns
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate parts and accessories for their vehicles
- Schedule service appointments and communicate repair timelines effectively
- Provide detailed explanations of repair procedures and recommended services
- Upsell additional services or parts when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership sales goals
- Collaborate with technicians and mechanics to ensure parts availability and timely repairs
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales, and service history
Requirements
- Previous dealership experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Mandarin is required due to high volume of Chinese customers.
- Mechanical knowledge or experience working with automotive repairs is highly advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Sales experience, including upselling techniques, is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Knowledge of automotive parts, repair processes, and industry terminology is desirable

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
