Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, restrooms, and back-of-house spaces according to established standards.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and sanitize surfaces to uphold hygiene and cleanliness.
- Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure availability for guests and staff.
- Handle waste disposal responsibly and maintain cleanliness of trash receptacles.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe environment for all.
- Follow detailed cleaning procedures and safety protocols during each shift.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to maintain high standards.
Requirements
- Prior custodial or cleaning experience preferred, especially in commercial or hospitality settings.
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness and organization.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift.
- Good communication skills to understand instructions clearly and work collaboratively.
