Property Valet is currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and overall readiness of our vacation rental properties to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

- Various locations - This is a remote position and a reliable form of transportation is a must. Candidates should have a valid driver's license along with a vehicle.
Main responsibilities include:
- Clean short-term and seasonal rental units to company standards and in the required timeframe
- Clean residential and commercial spaces to company standards and in the required timeframe
- Stripping beds and collecting dirty linens and towels as required
- Making beds with fresh linens and laying out towels in all bedrooms and bathrooms
- Coordinating with the Manager, Housekeeping Supervisor and Guest Services to ensure unit readiness
- Perform unit checks to ensure unit readiness, including but not limited to: (1) reporting damages, stained linens and missing items for damage/linen claims, (2) thorough inspection of household items including appliances, furniture and amenities, (3) monitoring and restocking units with essential toiletries and supplies
- Transportation and replacement of stained linens to and from the properties
- Utilize company applications to track hours, location and detail work
- Light maintenance working including but not limited to touch-ups and small renovation projects
- Special projects as directed
