Recon HDD is a small directional drilling company based out of Stony Plain, AB. We have been servicing Residential, industrial, and commercial customers in the Alberta Region for the last 3 years.

Manager Duties and Responsibilities
- Creating timelines and budgets for ongoing projects
- Delegating project tasks to teams best suited to complete
- Ensuring that jobs are finished on budget
- Tracking project performance
- Overseeing Staff
- Schedule Jobs to be completed by due dates
- Promote and monitor occupational health and safety cultures within organization
- Communicate with clients regularly and monitor client satisfaction.
- Organize and oversee workers on site and plan day to day tasks to complete jobs
- Attend meetings and enter production into tracking sheets shared by clients
- Hiring/Firing of staff
Qualification Requirements
- 7+ Years of experience in management
- Post secondary education preferred
- Experience with computers (Word, Excel)
- Working knowledge of various processes for managing cost, schedules and quality on medium and large scale projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of job prints
- Attention to detail and ability to balance task detail with project priorities.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
