A day in the life of a Recruitment Specialist:
You will lead full-cycle recruitment; you will post position vacancies, screen applicants, administer pre-employment testing, pre-screen qualified candidates, coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers
You will consult with hiring managers on hiring decisions and negotiate total compensation with successful candidates
You will prepare and presents offers of employment; you will coordinate the background check process including reference checks, criminal record checks and credit bureau checks

What you bring to the table:
Formal post-secondary education in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources
Minimum one year experience in Human Resources; previous recruitment experience is an asset
A forward-thinker with a can-do attitude who can adapt to any situation
A go-getter who is not afraid to take on new challenges
A high-energy individual who likes variety and who can get things done
