Your role as a Sales Consultant at Home Société & MUST:
- Welcome, guide and advise clients by ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty;
- Help our customers design their interior and exterior spaces;
- Respect at all times of the aesthetics and displays, as determined by our team;
- Perform regular follow-ups of sales contracts to ensure that the delivery and after-sales service are carried out as soon as possible and to the complete satisfaction of clients;
- Perform all other related tasks related to this position.
To be successful in this position, you should possess the following skills:
- A keen interest in the world of decor;
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role;
- A confident and convincing approach, as well as an understanding of esthetic language.
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- You are available to work during the day, the evening and on weekends;
- A positive, dynamic and respectful attitude with both clients and work colleagues;
- An in-depth and continually updated knowledge of design trends;
