Drake International is looking for charismatic Customer Service Representatives who are located in Atlantic Canada looking to be part of a great new team! We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking individuals with Call Centre experience to work from home.
Successful candidates *Must* have their own computer and telephone as well as Call Centre or equivalent experience.
Making and taking in and out-bound calls;
Assist clients with general inquiries;
Provide excellent customer service to ensure great customer experience;
Education and Experience:
Customer Service Experience;
English- Written and Oral;
High School diploma;
Have your own computer and telephone
Inbound and outbound calling experience preferred
Non-Technical Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills (Both verbal and written);
Professional and organized;
Great understanding of phone etiquette;
Able to work under pressure;
Able to work independently and respond to direction given;
Strong attention to detail;
Self discipline to work from home;
Strong interpersonal skills
