In this role you will support all phases of systems development life cycle and implementation projects including hands on development and application support. You will analyze business process reengineering concepts and methods providing documented business requirements on information management projects.

You will excel as you work with all levels of the business, ensuring information technology deliverable align with the business requirements, with measurable results. You will develop and deploy solutions based on industry standard methodologies. You have the ability to tackle technical and strategic challenges using innovative ways.

Primary Responsibilities:
Provides systems analysis and prepares detailed specifications for development work;
Provides business analysis and objectives, planning, or modifying practical manual and automated business procedures;
Supports the selection, procurement and implementation of appropriate information systems applications;
Conducts feasibility studies, workload efficiency analysis using formal data capturing techniques and identifies system deficiencies;
Participates in information systems projects by providing business systems analysis support;
Maintains knowledge of infrastructure and technologies by remaining aware of current and new technologies.
In this position you will be challenged daily to better improve the client experience. The work takes strong analytical capability - able to analyze a situation, identify a problem and provide solutions by using complex data to support business decisions and you'll need to demonstrate collaborative, creative and conceptual thinking.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Health Information Science or Computer Science or related field.
Two (2) to four (4) years' experience in business and systems analysis.
Knowledge/experience working with Genesys Customer Interaction Centre system considered an asset.
Knowledge/experience working with Human Resource Client Service Suite (HRCSS) system considered an asset.
An equivalent combination of education, training and experience is acceptable.

This is a temporary full time position is available until July 31, 2020 and based at our Central City offices in Surrey , BC, with access to rapid transit, shopping, restaurants, on-site gym and other amenities.
