Our client, a well-established professional services firm, is seeking an
Application & IT Support Specialist to join their collaborative and fast-paced team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting both business applications and day-to-day IT operations for a dynamic user base.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and support business applications to ensure they are reliable, secure, and aligned with business needs
- Configure and maintain systems, software, and user access (e.g., Microsoft 365, Active Directory)
- Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and network issues (LAN/Wi-Fi, system access)
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across devices, applications, and networks
- Work closely with business users to understand needs and deliver practical system solutions
- Act as a key contact between end users, IT teams, and external vendors
- Perform routine maintenance, including updates, backups, and security checks
- Support system improvements and assist with implementing new tools, including basic automation (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Relevant background in IT support and/or business application management
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows/macOS, and user management tools (e.g., Active Directory)
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and general system environments
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across hardware, software, and applications
- Experience translating business needs into practical technical solutions is an asset
- Exposure to Power Platform, ERP systems, or cloud/MDM tools is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills with a user-first mindset
- Adaptable and proactive, with a willingness to learn new technologies
