Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver to join our warehouse team. In this vital role, you will be supporting the shipping, receiving, packaging, and material flow processes within Scoreboards Manufacturing. This includes preparing shipments, receiving and organizing incoming materials, constructing and maintaining packaging, completing required documentation, and ensuring materials and products are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and package OES products for shipment according to specifications and procedures.
- Construct custom skids, crates, and other packaging as required.
- Complete quality checks and ensure shipments are properly sealed, labeled, and documented.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and report shortages, damage, or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, inventory, and tracking records.
- Maintain adequate supplies of shipping and packaging materials.
- Handle and store materials in accordance with ESD and safety requirements.
- Communicate material and order status to staff and other departments.
- Assist Shipping, Receiving, Production, and other teams as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow OES health and safety, quality, and operational procedures.
- Participate in meetings, huddles, and applicable internal and external audits.
- Provide back-up support to team members and perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
The successful candidate should have:
- High School Diploma and/or post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Inventory Control, Logistics, or a related field.
- Previous manufacturing, shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience is an asset.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and EPICOR.
- Knowledge of shipping, receiving, packaging, and inventory control procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret production documentation, work instructions, and SOPs.
- Basic mathematical skills and strong attention to accuracy.
- Knowledge of OES Quality Management Systems, ISO 9000, and applicable SOPs is an asset.

Pay: $18.50-$20.00 per hour
