POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Client Records student, we are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic person to join our team and provide support to our team at the Mississauga office for 8 weeks during the summer. Hours are Full Time Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Photocopying of confidential patient information
Organizing and Collating Patient Files
Preparing Patient Files for submission to storage facility
Office duties otherwise assigned.
Reviewing, analyzing and recording internal documents
Support team members with various initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:
In pursuit of Human Resources Management Certification
Computer skills for data entry
Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Demonstrated strong customer service skills are required
Ability to organize, prioritize and manage a high volume of daily transactions is required
Ability and willingness to work cooperatively with others
