Shift time: 10:00 am-6:30PM
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Gather Data & complete operational/customer reporting such as Operational Performance, Facility Capacity, Inventory: Damages & Accuracy, Operational Volumes, Order profiles, Labour Hours & spend, KPI's.
· Daily counts of pick face, pallet location and bulk location using cycle count report. ·
· Update count on a spread sheet. ·
· Open Bin Audits
· Research inventory discrepancies and submit accurate bin location report.
· Verify all lot code, expiry date, item and quantity of all inbounds. ·
· Create receipt and label inbounds with warehouse labels for applicable Non-ASN shipments.
· Check for damages and discrepancies on all warehouse receiving and submit OS&D report.
· Order Accuracy Audits
· Loading/Dock Check Audits.
· Maintaining Operational SOP’s
· Maintains food quality and safety by following organization standards.
· Maintains safe and clean work environment and workstations; maintaining; complying with procedures, facility rules and regulations.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Microsoft office experience is a must.
· Warehouse Management System experience is an asset.
· Ability and willingness to be trained.
· Ability to work alone or in a team environment
· Ability to work with RF equipment is an asset.
· Strong Coordination/Organization & Planning skillsets
· Basic understanding of Inventory Control with strong attention to detail.
· Ability to Time Manage; Be Punctual and Dependable
Pay: From $20.25 per hour
