We're looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead our Fraser location.
This role is about far more than scheduling shifts and running service. It's about building culture, developing people, creating systems, driving financial performance, and leading from the front. You'll work closely with ownership to continue growing one of Vancouver's most exciting hospitality concepts while inspiring a talented team to do their best work every day.
What You'll Be Responsible For…
- Leading all day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Hiring, coaching, developing and holding accountable a diverse FOH and BOH team.
- Creating a positive, high-performance culture built on trust, respect and accountability.
- Driving exceptional guest experiences and service standards.
- Labour management, budgeting and financial performance.
- Inventory control, ordering and cost management.
- Large reservations, events and sports activations.
- Building efficient systems that allow busy services to run smoothly.
- Working alongside ownership on new initiatives, events and business growth.
