Job Summary:
The Franchise Sales Representative at Summit Property Group plays a pivotal role in expanding our brand through the sale of franchise opportunities. This position is responsible for identifying, cultivating, and closing new franchise sales and working with potential franchisees from the initial inquiry through the franchise agreement signing. The role requires a strategic approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of our brand and business model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively Identify and target potential franchisee leads through various channels.
- Provide detailed information and presentations to prospective franchisees regarding franchise opportunities.
- Guide potential franchisees through the discovery process, ensuring they receive all necessary information and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of franchise agreements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and prospective franchisee communications.
- Work closely with the legal and operations teams to ensure compliance with all franchising laws and company policies.
- Participate in franchise exhibitions and events to promote franchising opportunities.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.

- High level of professionalism and ethics.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Fluency in English. Fluency in French is considered an asset.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in franchise sales or a related field.
- Understanding of franchising laws and regulations.
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of five years of experience in sales, with a preference for experience in the franchise industry.
Physical Requirements:
- In person work environment with frequent use of computers, phones, and other technology for communication and presentation.
