Site Supervisor – Residential Renovations
Location: Calgary
We are a Calgary-based residential renovation company seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee high-quality renovation projects from start to finish.
The Site Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontracted trades, maintaining quality and safety standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations and jobsite logistics, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety protocols
- Oversee subcontractors, materials, and inspections
- Maintain quality control and jobsite standards
- Monitor schedules and flag potential issues proactively
- Serve as the primary on-site point of coordination
Qualifications
- Experience in residential construction and renovations
- Experience supervising in the construction industry with a strong understanding of construction processes and safety standards
- Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings for accurate execution of work
- Strong carpentry background, preferraby a Journeyman Carpenter
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Detail-oriented with a professional, team-first mindset

Pay: $80,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
