The Retail Administration Assistant performs an array of administrative duties including secretarial and receptionist duties, and also assists with retail operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure customer service is always a priority and exceeds our customer's expectations
Provide full administrative support to location and staff
Respond to telephone, email and in-person inquiries from customers, business partners and other parties
Assist customers with their accounts, including walking them through split billing, prepayments, etc.
Review, evaluate and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Organize, maintain and coordinate office records and files
Maintain the reception and general office in a tidy and presentable manner
Maintain a safe, clean and efficient environment in all work areas & facilities
Read G-Mac’s AgTeam Company Playbook and OH&S Manual, including annual updates
Perform basic bookkeeping functions
Create and assist with the managing of Purchase Orders for location
Complete daily cash reports
Enter and maintain Custom App records
Assist in third-party financing applications, and keep up with customers’ financing needs
Assist in the organization and submission to Head Office of expense reports
Coordinate location office activities
Ensure accuracy when receiving and loading out product
Assist with inventory counts
Assist in warehouse with loading & unloading product
Become proficient with corporate computer systems
Other duties, relevant to the position, shall be assigned as required

Qualifications & Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Completion of WHMIS and First Aid Training (will be provided by G-Mac’s AgTeam)

Physical Demands:
Repetitive work (typing, etc)
Ag Industry hours, overtime as required
Must be physically fit (able to lift a minimum of 50 lb boxes into the back of a pickup truck)
