Responsibilities:
  • Expand company footprint across key channels through coordination and execution of targeted tactical marketing plans as completed through paid search, SEO, email and content marketing
  • Develop content that attracts qualified audience to company products and services
  • Liaise with key internal stakeholders to execute monthly campaigns
  • Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results. Collaborate with the team on marketing planning, analysis, and forecasting
  • Assist the development of end-to-end digital strategies to acquire new customers and optimize all parts of the customer journey to increase conversions
  • Analyze ongoing channel performance and collaborate with stakeholders in optimizing marketing activity, generating a strategic content marketing calendar as roadmap.
  • Actively partner and align with internal groups to launch new campaigns and content
  • Research to identify event and media opportunities, analysis of competitor’s marketing activity
  • Coordinate projects and manage administrative tasks and data entry involved with marketing projects
  • Run regular social campaigns while tracking success through measurable data-points.
REQUIREMENTS

  • Post-secondary diploma/certificate or equivalent experience in marketing/advertising
  • 2-3 years marketing experience (with a special focus on Paid search and display, SEO, email, and content marketing)
  • Deep understanding of and a passion to drive results in digital channels with a forward-thinking mindset
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to create recommendations from the data provided
  • Proven ability to take initiative, champion a project from conception through implementation to evaluation
  • Superior MS Office skills (proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint) required
  • Experience utilizing email marketing software such as Mailchimp, Infusionsoft, or Hubspot
  • Knowledge of CMS and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript considered an asset and is preferred
