- Industry Expertise: 3+ years of experience in sales, estimating, or project management within the Vancouver construction/landscaping sector.
- Professionalism: Mature, reliable, and capable of building long-term trust with residential and commercial clients.
- Bilingual Skills: Fluent in English and Mandarin/Cantonese to serve our diverse clientele.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with BC Building Codes and municipal permit processes is a strong asset.
- Class five drivers license
Responsibilities:
- Lead generation and site visits for measurements.
- Project estimating and drafting contracts/proposals.
- Liaising between clients and site crews to ensure project success.
