Job Description
Swamp Cats Ltd. is currently looking for experienced Class One Drivers for camp based positions in North East Alberta predominantly operating End Dump's hauling waste material. Drivers must be experienced in working in congested and oil and gas plant/rig settings

Employee Requirements:
- Must have a clean commercial driving abstract
- Minimum 5 years driving experience with a valid Class 1 License
- Minimum 3 years End Dump hauling experience preferred.
- Must be fit to work out side of the truck
- CSTS .09
Employee Responsibilities required but not limited to:
- Actively participate and support the Safety program by operating all equipment and tools on site safely, follow all Safe work Procedures, follow PPE policies, and report any near miss or incidents immediately. Will help identify hazards on sites and complete hazard assessments.
- Proficient in completing job tasks and operating assigned equipment.
- Will be responsible for completing equipment checks and communicating any deficiencies.
- Understanding safe driving practices and following them.
- Communicate fully with Management.
- Fill out all necessary paperwork on a daily basis. (Time Sheets, Equipment Checklists, Pre-trips, Near Misses, Incident Reporting, Hazard Assessments)
About Us
Swamp Cats Limited operates from 2 facilities on over 26 acres of land in Lac La Biche, Alberta. Our 20-Acre facility, is serviced by our heavy duty mechanics and maintenance team and is home to our sixteen thousand square foot equipment maintenance & repair shop and seventy five hundred square foot welding shop. Our dedicated team, large equipment inventory and extensive facilities allow us to complete any project big or small.

With a dedicated equipment maintenance team and a constantly growing inventory of over 500 pieces of Heavy Equipment we have the iron to get the job done. Swamp Cats limited currently has the second largest inventory of GPS fitted heavy equipment in Alberta, allowing us to be smarter, faster and more accurate, bringing the office and the machine together for increased efficiency.

Since 2008 Swamp Cats Limited has successfully completed over five hundred million dollars in contracts within Alberta. We currently work with many of the leading Oil and Gas producers in Canada including: Cenovus Energy, ConocoPhillips, CNRL, TransCanada, Athabasca Oil Corporation and Meg Energy.
