Reporting to the Senior Director, Total Rewards, the Total Rewards Coordinator provides operational support to the Senior Director and Total Rewards team by assisting with the delivery of Total Rewards programs, processes and services across the organization. This role will provide administrative, advisory and service-oriented support in a wide range of activities through both day-to-day and project-based work.
Primary responsibilities include:
Provides administrative support including the creation of letters, emails, surveys and responding to employee inquiries, as well as supports the execution of key projects and initiatives and the roll-out of new policies and procedures
Supports in the development and execution of UHN benefits and compensation programs
Provides guidance and support on compensation and benefits inquiries,
Supports in the development and execution of UHN recognition programs (service milestones, scholarship programs, etc,), including relationships with external vendors/partners, and manages the Employee Value/Discount program
Assists in the creation of reports, dashboards, and analytics and participates in routine audits to ensure consistency and accuracy of data
In partnership with HRIS and other team members, builds a variety of reports, scorecards, dashboards, and presentations that display analysis and trends in a meaningful and insightful format
Performs other responsibilities, as required.
Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or recognized equivalent required.
At least 2 years of practical and related experience
CHRP designation preferred
Experience with HRIS systems
Knowledge of benefits and compensation programs
Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
Excellent data entry-computer systems skills and word processing skills, including above average proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
Current membership in Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA), CEBS, and/or CCA preferred
