Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Lot Attendant to join our dealership team. This role is vital in maintaining the appearance and organization of our vehicle lot, ensuring a positive experience for customers and visitors. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Previous dealership or guest service experience is a plus, along with strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
Duties
- Assist with the movement and parking of vehicles on the lot to ensure proper organization and accessibility
- Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the vehicle lot, including sweeping, washing, and detailing as needed
- Greet guests and visitors courteously, providing assistance or directing them to appropriate personnel
- Handle guest inquiries professionally, offering information about vehicles or dealership services
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately during transactions or payments when required
- Ensure safety protocols are followed to maintain a secure environment for staff and visitors
- Support inventory management by tracking vehicle locations and assisting with vehicle transfers within the lot
Skills
- Prior dealership experience or familiarity with automotive operations is preferred
- Strong guest service skills with an emphasis on hospitality and professionalism
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse customers
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests, team members, and management
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks such as lifting, walking, and standing for extended periods

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
