Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Makeup Artist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for beauty and artistry, with the ability to enhance clients' features and create stunning looks for various occasions. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Duties
- Consult with clients to understand their makeup preferences and desired looks.
- Apply makeup for various events, including weddings, photoshoots, and special occasions.
- Stay updated on the latest makeup trends (Ombre powder brow, lash lifts, lash tint,lip colour) techniques, and products.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and products are sanitized.
- Provide skincare advice and recommend products that suit clients’ skin types.
- Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and other professionals during shoots or events.
- Build a loyal clientele through excellent service and follow-up communication.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Makeup Artist or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in makeup application techniques for diverse skin tones and types.
- Strong knowledge of makeup products, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well with clients and team members.
- A portfolio showcasing previous work is preferred.
- Certification from a recognized beauty school or relevant training is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed for events.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
