We are currently seeking an energetic, hard-working Construction Labourer to help us build grain systems on construction sites through rural Ontario. This hands-on position is part of a small crew based out of Winchester Ontario.
This is a new position currently available and is full-time permanent working approximately 50 hours per week with overtime after 44 hours, on a straight day shift, Monday through Friday. Some travel is required with occasional overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities
- Regular Travel around rural Ontario with you construction crew; occasional overnight stays required
- Follow instructions as per Crew Leader and Project Manager, adhering to project specifications
- Build and assemble Grain storage systems
- Troubleshoot and install grain storage system and system components
- Pour, level, and smooth concrete surfaces using hand tools and power tools in the assembly and installation of grain bin structures
- Operate and maintain concrete tools and power equipment
- Load, unload, and transport materials and supplies to and from job sites
- Participate in training for safe work practices, use of equipment, tools and job techniques
- Contribute to the team with a positive attitude and continue to develop a great working culture, with an emphasis on health and safety
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Enjoy physical work and being outdoors year-round
- Enjoy a mixture of work (Concrete, Bin building, & Millwright type work)
- Are punctual, reliable, and take initiative
- Have concrete experience in construction, agriculture, or landscaping (2+ years)
- Have experience with Hand and Power Tools
- Communicate respectfully and work well with a team
- Have valid Working at Heights Certification
