Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and quality standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
- Assist in food handling, ensuring proper food safety procedures are followed at all times
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours and manage time effectively
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant or food service industry, including serving and bartending roles
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cashiering
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Basic math skills for cash handling, bill splitting, and calculating totals accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
