Speech Language Pathologist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will provide assessment, treatment, and consultation services to children and adults with a range of speech, language, communication, and feeding needs. You’ll work closely with families, educators, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, voice, fluency, and feeding assessments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Deliver services in clinic, home, community, and virtual settings as needed
- Collaborate with BCBAs, OTs, Psychologists, and other team members to ensure holistic care
- Provide caregiver and team training as appropriate
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Stay current with best practices and professional standards through continuing education
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Registration (or eligibility for registration) with ACSLPA
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred (new graduates with strong pediatric practicum experience are welcome to apply)
- Experience supporting speech sound disorders, language delays, fluency/stuttering, feeding challenges, and social communication
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Experience with adult populations considered an asset
