Primary Purpose of the Position
The Truck Driver’s primary purpose of this position is to work with the Sr Accounts Manager and shipping coordinator department to facilitate all long-haul deliveries and shipments for Laval.
Specific Duties
· Daily Truck Inspection report
· Responsible for loading and unload truck
· Driving all long haul delivers and shipments
· Completing mileage reports
· Completing trip logbooks
· Checking all the fluid levels in the vehicles
· Arranges all service for truck(s)
· Keeps Annual Inspection updated and logged
· Ensures that all chains and straps are in proper working order
· May require a float or use of a Company credit card
Required Training, Knowledge and Experience
· Forklift Certification
· Crane Certification
· AZ License required for Tractor Trailer combination
· DZ License Required for Straight Truck w/airbrake over 11000 kg
· D License required for Straight Truck without airbrakes but over 11000 kg
· Fast Card – would a be asset but not necessary

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $24.00-$31.00 per hour
