SpectacoKids is currently looking for passionate and energetic Instructor Therapists to join our growing team in Mississauga! This is an independent contractor position with the potential for full-time hours based on availability and caseload.
We are seeking individuals who are compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic about supporting children with autism and developmental needs through ABA-based programming.
Position Details

- Evening and/or weekend availability preferred
- In-centre sessions at our Mississauga locations
- Opportunity for additional in-home sessions if interested
Responsibilities
- Implement ABA programs under the supervision of an RBA/BCBA
- Work 1:1 and in small group settings with children
- Collect session data and complete session notes
- Support communication, social, behavioural, and daily living goals
- Collaborate with supervisors and families as needed
- Support and participate in ABA-based summer camp programming and activities
Qualifications
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental needs preferred
- ABA experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation is an asset
- Current Vulnerable Sector Check required
- CPR/First Aid certification required
Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
