We are seeking a Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of improving efficiency and maintaining quality in a manufacturing environment.
Availability Required:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production targets and quality standards
- Manufacture finished products
- Perform quality control inspections
- Manage production timelines with staff
- Coordinate production orders with the shipping department
- Reduce dwell time for all work orders
- Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel
- Train, mentor, and motivate production staff to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety protocols
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe, efficient, and productive work environment
- Set up and operate various machines
- Perform basic equipment maintenance
- Package and assemble products according to specifications

Qualifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and production management software
- Supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership ability
- Several years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
