【Responsibilities】
・ Provide all Umi treatment menus with confidence and professionalism.
・Support the growth and development of other therapists through training on treatment protocols and techniques.
・Assist with therapist scheduling and daily spa operations.
・Support front desk duties, including guest check-in, treatment recommendations, appointment scheduling, and payment processing.
・Maintain consistent treatment protocols and operational standards.
・Contribute to the growth and development of Umi Japanese Spa through professionalism, teamwork, and attention to detail.

【Position Details】
・Permanent full-time position
・Weekend availability required
・Shift-based schedule ( Business Hours: 10:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.)
・Immediate start available
・Located on West Broadway, Vancouver
【Compensation & Benefits】
・Starting wage: $25–$28/hour, depending on experience
・Opportunity for a wage increase after successful completion of a three-month probationary period
・100% of guest tips
・Paid training in Umi treatments, the guest journey, and Japanese hospitality
・ Statutory holiday pay
・ Vacation pay
・Employment in accordance with the BC Employment Standards Act
