Key Responsibilities:
- Backlog Creation: Develop and maintain a backlog of integrated user stories that define technical requirements for Salesforce module implementations and document test cases.
- Functional Requirements: Address functional requirements and configure Salesforce modules to meet project needs.
- Test Strategy & QA Process: Define comprehensive test strategies and quality assurance processes for the entire project, ensuring robust testing and high-quality deliverables.
- Integrated Testing Approach: Develop and document an integrated testing approach, coordinating with various teams to ensure thorough validation of system functionality.
- Test Scenarios Guidance: Guide Loto-Québec in defining integrated test scenarios that align with project requirements and objectives.
- Testing & Anomaly Management: Support integrated testing efforts and manage anomaly resolution, ensuring timely identification and resolution of issues.
Qualifications:
- Functional Analysis Experience: A minimum of five years' experience in functional analysis, specifically with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud products, demonstrating a strong understanding of Salesforce functionality and business processes.
- Certifications: Possession of one of the following Salesforce certifications:
Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
- Test Strategy Development: Proven experience in defining test strategies and quality assurance processes, with a strong focus on integrated testing approaches.
