What is the opportunity?
As Manager, Suppler/Business Enablement team, you play a critical role in onboarding RBC’s suppliers & business units onto RBC’s electronic Invoicing & purchasing tool (i.e. Coupa). Also as a member of the larger Source to Pay team, the successful candidate will collaborate with multiple business partners, suppliers, bank’s internal teams like Accounts Payable, Supplier Management Offices (SMOs), Sourcing managers and other team members within Global Procurement organization to implement strategy that results in streamlined e-ordering & eInvoicing processes across platforms
What will you do?
Works with Senior Manager to develop strategies to increase adoption of Coupa purchasing and invoicing
Lead BU level projects and be a key stakeholder in driving success by implementing seamless e-ordering & e-invoicing processes
Evaluate, analyze historical supplier invoicing data &/or obtain projected invoicing and determines the best supplier enablement solution & its benefits to suppliers
Arrange and give demos on the Purchasing/eInvoicing tool to demonstrate the ease of use & value that come through using eInvoicing tools
Partner with Accounts Payable, Procurement Support, Product Support & Cards teams to address queries, support enterprise projects & implement process improvements
Utilize multiple tools and applications like Coupa, Coupa Supplier portal, SAP, Pega to analyze & determine best enablement approach and strategy
What do you need to succeed?
Strong Communication skills to drive adoption
Experience of working with closely with internal & external stakeholders
Expert knowledge of eInvoicing tools & enablement methodologies
Requirement gathering facilitation & presentation skills
Project leadership skills
Strong knowledge of P2P (Procure to Pay) processes
Experience of working on Coupa tool
Knowledge of different enablement types i.e. PO, Non PO, cXML, Catalogue
Experience in Purchasing & Ops including creating POs, processing invoices
Knowledge of Accounts Payable processes
