Job Summary:
We are seeking a local detail-oriented and organized Patient Flow Coordinator to join our Clinic. The Patient Flow Coordinator will be responsible for managing patient appointments, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule patient appointments and follow-ups efficiently
- Maintain Clinic charts accurately
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with staff to coordinate patient appointments
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
Skills:
- Strong administrative skills with front desk experience
- Knowledge of Jane booking system a plus
- Ability to operate phone systems effectively
- Excellent organizational and communication skills

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
