A. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
· Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and returns processing.
· Assign daily work activities and priorities to warehouse employees to ensure efficient workflow, productivity, and timely customer order fulfillment.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for warehouse personnel, communicating management directives, addressing operational concerns, and escalating issues as required.
· Oversee the accurate receipt, inspection, reconciliation, and documentation of incoming shipments, including purchase orders, packing slips, Bills of Lading, lot number assignment, and communication of receiving documentation to Quality Assurance.
· Coordinate and schedule outbound transportation by booking trucks and arranging delivery appointments with distribution centers
· Organize and plan delivery routes, ensuring orders are assigned to the appropriate trucks for efficient and on-time delivery.
· Ensure inventory accuracy through proper product identification, labeling, bin location maintenance, stock rotation, and inventory control procedures.
· Direct the movement, storage, handling, and processing of finished goods, ingredients, packaging materials, and supplies while maintaining established quality and safety standards.
· Monitor and verify the accurate picking, staging, packaging, labeling, and loading of customer orders to ensure on-time and error-free shipments while meeting customer, vendor, and regulatory requirements.
· Manage returned product processing and disposition in accordance with company policies and management directives.
· Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and housekeeping standards to ensure a safe, efficient, and audit-ready work environment.
· Assess staffing requirements, material handling equipment needs, and warehouse space utilization to support operational demands and maximize efficiency.
· Collaborate with management to develop and implement warehouse layouts, storage strategies, workflow improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
· Monitor employee performance, provide coaching, training, and development opportunities, address workplace issues, and support employee accountability.
· Train employees on safe work practices, proper use of PPE and material handling equipment, warehouse procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
· Assist in developing, implementing, and adjusting warehouse procedures and workflows to meet changing business requirements and operational objectives.
· Identify operational challenges, investigate root causes, recommend corrective actions, and implement solutions to improve warehouse performance.
· Track and report departmental performance, inventory accuracy, productivity, and service levels while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
· Safely operate and oversee the use of material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, packaging equipment, and related warehouse tools.
· Accept work assignments that could require additional training to perform.
· Safeguard company information by observing company security regulations.
· Strict adherence to all Company established procedures and policies, including Food Handling, Health and Safety, WHMIS and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
· Special projects or other duties as required.

Pay: $50,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
