General Labourer – Post Frame Construction (Seasonal)

RAN Industries Inc. is seeking motivated and reliable General Labourers to join our growing post frame construction team. We specialize in the construction of agricultural, commercial, and industrial post frame buildings throughout Southern Alberta, specifically current jobs in Rocky View County and Wheatland County.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the construction of post frame buildings from start to finish
- Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment
- Assist with framing, cladding, roofing, and finishing tasks
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite
- Follow directions while working effectively as part of a team
Qualifications
- Previous construction experience is an asset
- Framing or post frame construction experience is a strong asset
- Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working at heights
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle are considered an asset, as employees are expected to travel directly to various job sites. Projects are typically located in Rocky View County, Wheatland County, and surrounding areas.
