Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise caregiving teams to deliver exceptional retirement home tailored to individual resident needs.
- Oversee daily operations related to resident care, including medication administration, dementia care strategies, and senior care best practices.
- Develop and implement care plans that promote independence, dignity, and comfort for residents.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, licensing standards, and safety protocols across the facility.
- Manage staffing schedules, oversee training programs, and foster a positive team environment rooted in leadership and collaboration.
- Monitor budgets related to care services, supplies, and staffing to maintain financial health while delivering quality care.
- Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and community resources to support residents’ holistic well-being.
Experience
- Proven experience in assisted living or retirement home environments with a strong background in senior care.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience leading caregiving or healthcare teams effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of dementia care techniques and medication administration protocols.
- Experience managing budgets within healthcare or long-term care settings.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements specific to assisted living facilities or retirement home.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a compassionate workplace culture.
- Prior experience in nursing or related healthcare fields is highly desirable.

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
