We are in search for a Coordinator for our Asset Recovery team at LendCare. You will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the liquidation process of our company's assets. You will maintain and nurture positive relationships with our vendors while safeguarding the company's best interests. Working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, you will collaborate with team members while exercising independent judgment to ensure the successful remarketing of our assets.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough daily reviews of active accounts to monitor progress and identify areas requiring attention.
- Engage with vendors consistently and professionally, ensuring clear communication and fostering mutually beneficial relationships.
- Strategically manage vendor expectations by aligning their objectives with the company's financial and operational goals.
- Analyze and make informed decisions on vendor requests, focusing on effective cost control without compromising the quality of service or asset value.
- Adhere to company directives and procedures, following the provided workflow to maintain organization and efficiency in asset recovery processes.
Requirements:
- Professional experience in customer service and/or administrative roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite and Adobe Acrobat.
- Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize conflicting priorities to meet stringent deadlines.
- Demonstrated capability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Full-time availability with the ability to work in our head office in Pickering, ON
