We provide fair and efficient administrative services to the School’s employees by implementing the University’s academic collective agreements, developing systems, and managing processes while meeting the School’s obligations. As a team, we are responsible for all hiring and employee management for continuing faculty, instructors, and other academic employees and visitors to the School.
About the Role
The Coordinator, Academic Affairs coordinates administrative activities and works in consultation with the supervisor to provide procedural information and advice to academic administrators, staff, faculty, and instructors in the School. The position provides procedural advice on routine and non-routine situations to support operations and decision-making; and has primary responsibility for several related processes and systems.
