What You’ll Do
· Connect with customers by phone, text, email, video and in person
· Build relationships throughout the entire sales journey and beyond
· Help customers find the right vehicle for their needs
· Follow up with leads and manage customer activity through our CRM
· Create and participate in social media posts and videos to showcase vehicles, promotions and dealership activity
· Participate in ongoing sales and product training
· Follow OMVIC requirements and dealership processes
What You Bring
· Previous sales experience; automotive experience is preferred
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills
· A positive, outgoing and self-motivated approach
· Comfort being on camera and creating social media content
· Valid Ontario G2 or G driver’s licence
· Clean driver’s abstract and criminal record check
· OMVIC licence or willingness to obtain one

Compensation & Benefits
Earning potential of $70,000–$120,000+ annually, based on performance.
A minimum wage guarantee applies for hours worked if commissions fall below the required threshold — this is not a recoverable draw. Performance-based discretionary bonuses may also apply.
