We are seeking a full-time Property Manager to oversee tenant relations for a portfolio of approximately 600 residential units. This is primarily a tenant facing role focused on communication, organization, and ensuring residents receive timely, professional service.
Unlike many property manager roles, you'll be supported by an experienced team that already handles many of the traditional responsibilities, including property showings, lease signings, move out inspections, and other administrative processes. This allows you to focus on tenant communication, portfolio oversight, and day-to-day property management.Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, with communication primarily conducted through our property management software.
- Communicate with property owners and investors regarding tenancy matters, rent collection, maintenance updates, emergencies, and other property-related issues.
- Perform routine property inspections and issue tenancy related notices as required.
- Work closely with our leasing, maintenance, and administrative teams to ensure seamless property operations.
- Promote resident retention by communicating effectively with existing residents and ensure, in cooperation with the team, that resident issues are solved.
- Collect rent, follow up on arrears, and communicate with tenants regarding their accounts.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, organization, and conflict resolution skills.
- Working knowledge of the Ontario Residential Tenancies Act.
- Valid G Driver's Licence and reliable transportation.
Experience:
- customer service: 2+ years (required)

This is a full-time, permanent position with a 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday schedule.
