Training Manager (Full-Time Salary)
Responsibilities
- Deliver personal and semi-private training sessions
- Coach and motivate members to achieve results
- Ensure a high standard of service and member experience
- Assist with client retention and progress tracking
- Lead by example on the training floor
- Help develop and mentor future trainers
- Maintain a clean, professional facility
