Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Optimize and order materials for fabrication and for the job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints, specification, and technical drawings to guide project execution accurately.
- Coordinate with General Contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Monitor project progress regularly, adjusting schedules and resources as needed to meet deadlines.
- Oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with project drawings
- Prepare detailed estimates as required for PCN's, CO's, and other items that arise during the construction phases
- Manage project documentation meticulously, including change orders, progress reports, and inspection records.
Skills
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, specification interpretation, and construction drawings.
- Experience with construction estimating processes and tools to develop accurate project budgets.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in fast-paced environments.
- Proven track record in project management within the construction industry with hands-on construction experience.
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams while maintaining clear communication channels across all project phases.

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
