Marketing Co-ordinator – BMO Lifecycle Credit Card Marketing (1 Year Contract Role)

As Marketing Co-ordinator for credit card lifecycle programs, you have a critical role in this future through being:
Acco untable for executing marketing strategies, driving a best-in-class customer experience that achieves business objectives for BMO Canada retail credit card portfolio
Assist the marketing managers on their credit card lifecycle campaigns
Embedded in a fully cross-functional Lifecycle Marketing team tasked with architecting customer journeys and developing highly effective communications.
Creative, collaborative, and enterprising; highly empathic to the needs of customers; endlessly curious; never satisfied with the status quo; and passionate about retail banking, its changing landscape, and our mission.
Partnering closely with broad cross section of individuals within BMO and at our marketing agencies to bring high impact marketing initiatives to life for BMO customers.
As a valuable part of the team, you will become a subject matter expert on Canadian retail credit cards. You will participate in the execution of marketing initiatives in support of growing the share of wallet and retaining our credit card customers.
Within this role you’ll assist with execution of campaigns including planning, development, production and delivery of marketing solutions. You’ll work collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure timelines are met and marketing collateral is aligned with brand standards and product positioning.
Who You Are & Experience You Bring to the Role:
Completed undergraduate degree in marketing, business, commerce, or a related discipline
You’re a strong communicator (in person and in writing)
You have a proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders & partners
You’re a customer champion with a desire to create the best customer experience
You’ve got razor sharp problem-solving skills – you can cut through layers of noise and ask the right questions to identify relevant information, define root issues, and find creative & elegant solutions
You’re organized. You can keep partners on track, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Experience working in the financial industry is an asset.
You’ve can effectively use PowerPoint, Excel and Word
You’re curious and are willing to challenge the status quo
