Job Summary
RiseClear Cleaning is seeking hardworking, reliable and experienced house cleaners. We're looking for those with residential experience to work with us during potentially weekdays as well!
You will be setting up your own schedule on our platform, specifying the hours you wish to work during the day. We do cleans not frequently but possibly as far south as Winkler to as far up north as Arborg, you'll need to be able to commute within this service areas so please do not apply if you cannot reliably commute within these cities listed.
We provide you with a friendly support team who will set up your appointments for you and get you booked out according to the schedule you have set up for yourself. We deal with any customer service issues to save you time and let you focus on your work. We also take care of handling/collecting all payments for completed jobs.
RiseClear Cleaning was locally built, is run locally and services locally. Compared to other competitors, we offer well above minimum wage. We want our cleaners to be properly and fairly compensated for the effort you put into your cleans.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in commercial or industrial settings
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks
- Utilize custodial supplies and cleaning agents appropriately to maintain hygiene standards
- Conduct facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and fixtures
- Handle heavy lifting of supplies or equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by managing waste disposal and restocking supplies
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding cleaning schedules or any maintenance issues
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally
Skills
- Experience with residential cleaning, custodial duties, or facilities maintenance is preferred
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety procedures
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently within designated timeframes
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely (up to 30 pounds) as required by the job
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients
- Customer service orientation with a professional attitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Pay: $19.80-$25.00 per hour
