Experienced HVAC Sales Representative (Home Comfort Advisor)
You already know how to close. We’re hiring the person who can prove it.
GreenPump Energy is hiring an experienced HVAC, heat-pump, solar, gutter or high value in-home salesperson. We are looking for someone used to closing clients on high-ticket items the first contact.
Appointments are pre-qualified, pre-scheduled and provided. You will go to the qualified homes, present ducted and ductless heat-pump options, offer rebates and financing, handle objections and close.
We give you all the tools, scripts and leads. You? You close five a week and you make over 100 grand. It’s that simple.
The offer:
- $100,000–$180,000 per year, performance-based (this is based on what our actual salesmen are currently making)
- No income ceiling. Uncapped commissions
- Appointments and leads booked for you

The standard:
- Minimum 1 year closing in HVAC or related industry
- Proven sales results
- Strong presentation and objection-handling skills
- Consistent close ratio and accurate CRM use
- Ability to work independently
