Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant during assigned shifts
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Train and supervise staff members, including conducting performance evaluations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Manage cash handling procedures and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift
Experience:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures

Pay: $18.00 per hour
